MEET THE CAST OF
PETE REX
Greg Carere

Hometown: Mississauga, ON, which is a big ol' suburb just west of Toronto.

How long have you been in NYC?
Seven point five or so.

What are some of your favorite past projects?
Too many to name! A recent one is finally completing a short film that I wrote and acted in (with a bunch of the members of this company!) called When The Night Rolls In.

Have you worked with Dreamscape before?
Yep! I last worked with Dreamscape on The Improbably Fall, Rise & Fall of John Law, Pt. 1, in which I played the historical financial visionary and con man John Law, who almost single-handedly perpetrated the first stock market boom and inevitable crash. It was a great experience, and as long as Dreamscape keeps offering up deeply flawed and deeply human characters for me to play, I'll keep coming back.

What about PETE REX excites you?
PETE REX is passionate and weird and passionate about being weird, and I love what it has to say about being stuck in forgotten places and how it says it with dinosaurs. It's funny, it has real heart, and it's been a blast to work on it with this cast and creative team. I'm excited for people to see it.

If you were a dinosaur, what kind would you be?
Alright listen, I grew up on JURASSIC PARK so if I get to choose I'm going with a T-Rex. But if it's the kind of dinosaur I'm most like, it's probably something closer to the ground - an ankylosaurus, maybe.
